Testing and training

Next, the team conducts comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure your organization is fully prepared for launch. During this stage, they provide in-depth training and hands-on demos to equip your key distributed work teams with the knowledge and skills needed to use the platform confidently.

Launch

The final step involves completing the data migration and ensuring a smooth, supported launch. After the launch, your account transitions to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will work closely with you to drive long-term success and value from the platform.
