Design and configuration
The Topia Implementation Team begins by thoroughly understanding your company’s processes. This enables them to configure the platform to automate, centralize, and visualize your distributed work processes effectively.
Testing and training
As the move plan starts to take shape, our workforce mobility management solution allows you to initiate all key vendors via our centralized platform and easily keep track of tasks. Employees can access their own portal where they can find information about their new location and get updates on any mobility-related next steps, all of which enhances the employee experience. Global mobility payroll instructions can also be generated to ensure the accuracy of complex payroll processes for assignees.
Launch
The final step involves completing the data migration and ensuring a smooth, supported launch. After the launch, your account transitions to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will work closely with you to drive long-term success and value from the platform.
